Cannot insert doents (such as Cover Letter)

Financial Statement Reporter

Keep getting an error message when trying to insert doents (using ISW 2010). Error message indicates it can't find the path for the doent. Any ideas?

Latest post

1. Check file is not read-only or that it is locked by windows.

2. Check that the directory in which the file exists is not locked

3. Sometimes, the MS indexing service running the background can do the locking.
