I'm assuming you mean an account that you set up in your Chart of Accounts. If you press Ctrl A, at the bottom use the first drop down list to edit your selected account if you just need to correct some info. You can delete an account from that same drop down but I wouldn't suggest it if you've entered any transactions using it. You could make it inactive if that would help.
