Printing problem

I purchased a new computer...using same printer as last year. When I try to print it says proseries has an error and much close. Please advise?

Let's go with the real basics first -
Have you tried rebooting your computer?
If that doesn't help -
Have you gone online and downloaded the most up to date drivers for your printer?

You need to make sure on the new computer that you have selected the printer as the main printer", Also in Pro Series there are 'Global Print Options" which indicate the Printer and you need to make sure the printer is correct
