Is there a way in QB Enterprise to create an invoice with mutiple due dates? For example, an agreement to pay $250 in 30 days, $250 in 60 days, and $250 in 90 days? Using Net 30 or Net 90 does provide accurate AR Aging results.
Each instance of an Amount you are asking for payment and it's due date is a separate invoice. Example Invoice 100-1, $250 due Net 30 / Inv 100-2, $250, due Net 60 / Inv 100-3, $250, Net 90. Three separate Invoices, each with it's own due date, Then you can use a Statement instead of an Invoice to show the activity to the customer.
Option 2 - Use an Estimate for the entire contract and Progress Billing for each invoice.
