My name is Nic, and I'm currently in Arizona. I'm originally from Australia, but I've lived in several different countries. I was a user of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions before I worked at Intuit, so I've been a customer as well as an employee. I've worked at Intuit since 2005, and currently am the manager of the moderators. Most of my work life has been as a system administrator, so my passion is fixing problems and understanding all things technical. If I won the lottery, I'd go back to school and be a permanent student.

I'm a Midwest girl who fell for a Jersey boy. Life has been a great adventure. We've lived in Ohio, Virginia, NJ and Tucson. Tucson was a pleasant surprise and my favorite location. When not working, I enjoy any time spent with my family. I also like to cook and read. My name is Bruce and I live in Tucson Arizona. I am an avid reader and have a huge passion for books, I have about 600 books total and that is after getting rid of about 300. I like to build scale models in my spare time and have a strong interest in history. I also have built all of my desktop computers and have been doing that since 1995 it is fun to put something together and see it work. I have also recently started to remodel my home which limits my spare time for my other interest.

I'm from South Bend, IN and worked at the Notre Dame Football stadium when I was younger, but I've lived in Arizona most of my life including Tucson since 1986. I love camping on the beach which may sound a little weird because I live in the desert, but there is a beach in Mexico about 4 hours from Tucson. I enjoy helping people with problem solving so it's great to be a host for the QuickBooks Community.

After falling in love with the weather, and the atmosphere here in Tucson, my family and I decided to make this our permanent home. My name is Lisa and I live in Virginia. I started working for Intuit in 1996 in Tucson, Arizona doing technical support for MacInTax (TurboTax for Mac). In a short time, I was also providing technical support for Intuit's other Macintosh products. When the Air Force transferred my husband to the East Coast about nine years ago, I was able to find a job with the team that creates ProSeries support web content. My husband is now retired from the Air Force and working in the civilian world while we put our two children through college.
