Hi, I am going to try to answer your questions.
This is how our service works

Depending on whether you are near our AUGUSTA, GA office depends on how we handle the situation. We do have customers from other cities and states and we deal with this via mail, fax, etc. If you are close enough to come into our office, we do things in the following order:

1) Pull up copies of all 3 of your credit reports online and go over all the negative items with you.

2) We can then give you an idea of how long we think it may take to clean up your credit. The average time is about 4-6 months to notice a big difference in the credit report and the credit score. Yours could be more or less depending on the number and severity of items on your credit report.

3) Any time we dispute information on your credit report, you will be the first one to know the results. The credit bureaus will send you an updated credit report at your house in 30 days and also send a summary showing what has been deleted from your credit so far. You send those reports to us via fax, mail or by dropping at our office. This helps us know what was deleted and what we still need to work on.

4) After 6-7 months if there is one particular item that just will not come off of your credit, we can contact your creditor on your behalf and negotiate a settlement with the stipulation that one the item is paid, they agree to remove it from all 3 of your credit reports.

Hope this gives you a brief idea of how things work. Please feel free to call our office if you have any other questions, 1-706-922-0160

Our total fee is $500.00 for one year. I am here to help you. You pay $250 to start and then $250 within 30 days.
