Work from Home
Growing my business
I love work, but I don't like the time wasted in getting it done, so I have developed a technology-dependent accounting and business services company with an outside sales force and outside management assistants to keep me fed with actual work. They go to meetings (sometimes I conference in but I am usually working on an account while they chit chat), and they gather and file documents (most are scanned), and I am able to just work. Seems profitable and my clients seem to appreciate the ability to waste time on the niceties with my staff (which cost me less than spending my own time at it), and I am not much of a socialite anyway.
Advice for others
Look at the meetings and things you do that might be done better and cheaper by others, and stick to what makes you the money.
