Pay People Properly

Growing my business

Have been involved in the sales commissions business process for more than 16 years. It has been a complex problem that has not been automated and I have always been interested in providing solutions to those kinds of problems.

QCommission and Easy-Commission are two types of Sales Commission Software we have developed.  Commission tracking becomes easier with the integration these solutions provide to QuickBooks.

Commissions are designed by every individual CEO or controller and there are not many rules as to how to pay commissions. Consequently commissions tend to be very different in different industries and different even by individual companies.

I enjoy talking to every customer, understanding what is unique about their needs and then showing how our solution fits their needs. Customers spend a lot of manual work dealing with commissions and tend to be very frustrated. It is gratifying when we can solve this problem for them.

Advice for others

In the area of sales commissions, it would be best to have clear commission agreements documented for your sales people. Automate the commissions as soon as possible, rather than wait accumulate a lot of problems.
