HOW LIFE TRAGEDY CHANGED MY LIFE AND STARTED MY CONCIERGE AND EVENT PLANNING!.
Launching my business
After my sister tragic accident which left her in a coma for over three months I decide to push my businesses. I remembered receiving a call that my sister was in surgery and critical, since she was in another state at the time we had to gather and get to her immediately. Upon arriving to the hospital I did not know what to expect but my mind kept saying stay calm. AS I approached my sister room and saw nothing but machines and her body all in bandages I just whispered in her ear - your sister is here I love you and it's gonna be okay.
Now I called my boss from the hospital alerting him that my sister was in a coma and critical but I would be to work in a couple of days. I called everyday I was out because that's how I do but I had the time on the books anyway so it should have not been a problem plus, I got a letter from the hosptial as well.
Anyway after sleeping in the waiting room for several days and arriving back to work my supervisor asked me why was I'm out? I said I called and told you my sister was in a coma and on critical - do you know what he said? He said your sister is sick NOT YOU!!! My spirit moved at that moment and PEACE BE STILL is what I heard. He proceeded to say I am writing you up and he did for being out - WHO does that? Who kick someone at their lowest peak? Thank GOD the higher bosses over my supervisor heard about the news and gave me permission to help my sister best I could. You see my parents are in their 80's and this was hard on them - so of course I took their place in the travels. We traveled every week to my sister side.
Even though the doctors outlook for my sister was not great because she had major surgery in which her intestine had to be cut in order to stop the bleeding - her blood count was down to 4 - loss of oxygen - the tube had to be placed in her throat and so many other things. I knew in my spirit that was not the truth of my sister that she would pull through. I kept sharing the word of GOD with my family and telling them to remember GOD. I am so thankful that I took that cut in pay and did not allow my income to speak the love I had for my sister. I may have took a loss in pay but I got my sister back!!!
Yes, my sister did come out of the coma six months ago and is regaining her memory. She was a great couture fashion designer and have some out of this world designs from before. Even though she is not sewing I would love to keep her dream going and offer her designs to buyers of course.
Right after sister came out of the coma and still trying to regain her memory her first born passed away. Not only did she lose her son but her husband lost his mother and brother in law as well. So this year of 2011 we lost a total of seven family members alot to cancer unfortunately.
I know it almost pulled my heart out to get home from work and know that my dear nephew was no more and even through the devastation that we call life epsiodes GOD kept me(us) and allow me to help strengthen my family during theses tragic times.
During these losses I knew it was time to make changes and one of the changes I need to do NOW was to get my businesses moving so I can enjoy life in a different way and to take care of my family! We all had to take financial cuts but we are a team when it come to family and NOW I will work hard to make sure my parents are taken care of to the fullest degree!!!
I am a single mom but that's okay because I know GOD will continue to uplift ME and keep me strong in faith.
To have my own business mean more to me now then during my sister situation because I know and understand a lot more now about the RIGHT NOW time! There are no promises for the next moment nor hour therefore enjoy your life! Enjoy your business! Enjoy your family! Enjoy doing something that will not feel like work because it is your passion! Enjoy creating your new ideas and trusting that they will manifest into your heart's desire.
I am trusting GOD that all the right people, all the right customers, all the right business contracts, all the right places and things will take my businesses to the next level of success. I am thankful for GOD giving me the business ideas during tragic times so I can see how needed this is for my life. I take every situation to strengthen not only me but others - even those I come in contact with for every testimony is a life saver for someone. I don't know why I told this story but my fingers got to typing and I figured someone must need to hear it.
I loss alot of love ones but it's the rememberance of them that is pushing me forward! For I want to remember how they lived and the joy they bought in everyone's life. They knew about my business passions and would only want me to continue on the path I was going when they were here. I am here to give joy and happiness to those I encounter and don't encounter through encouragement.

Take each day as if it was your last and have a day of fun and happiness and never forget to give praise to our higher power for GOD is our Source and Supply in all things.
One thing I know is GOD works through man and not man works through GOD.
You are what you think you are!!! Don't waste your time nor thoughts on things that are not appreciative of you!
Don't hold on to the past negative energies it will only hold you back!
