Growing my business

Well.  I'll start by saying I never thought I'd be doing any of this.  Web Site, learning a new language, living in Texas.

I'm on the staff of an all spanish speaking Non-Denominational church located in Houston.  I'm a long way from homw (Louisville, Kentucky)  I have found my passion and what really gives me purpose.

So now I find myself a staff member of an all Spanish speaking church that has recently started an all English speaking service/ministry and guess who's gotta come up with ideas.  You got it1

My efforts so far with our web site are pretty in depth.  Would like some more ideas and pointers
