As a small consulting company providing web-design services with a 10-member team, we know that billing makes and breaks our business. Who cares how brilliant your work is or how fantastic your designs if you can't stay in business because you can't stay on top of billing? This is one of the ways that QuickBooks Online has been instrumental in our success.

Between time-tracking and recurring template for on-going invoices, QuickBooks has made our lives so much easier than these activities have been in the past. All of that and 1-click reporting for tax time. We've even started looking at developing 3rd-party tools...that's how sold we are!

Advice for others

 Take advantage of recurring templates...both for expenditures and invoices. They're a lifesaver!
