Getting my first customers

I own a boutique public relations agency here in Atlanta, and I've been swamped with new business, clients and projects over the past five months. Life and business is good! So my parents call me the other day to announce they have ventured into a new business [opportunity] and would like me to guide them on how to jumpstart their online presence. How do you turn THIS client away?!

Excellent time management and strict prioritizing--and taking a short vacay every few weeks. It has taken me over a year to REALLY get this simple sentiment. I'm tellin ya, this is how you avoid getting brain overload!
