What Inspired My Business
It started when I was managing the Administrative staff at my previous job. Business would fluctuate and we were either crazy busy, or trying to find tasks to keep the employees busy. Then the company I worked for like so many others had to lay off employees to cut costs. I knew then that there had to be business owners both small and large that needed assistance, but wanted to save money on the overhead costs and not have to pay for all of the things associated with a full time employee (benefits, office space, computers, phones, supplies, etc.)
