In founding My Business Marketing the leaders of the company where looking for opportunities in a growth industry working with a product or service that would have a meaningful long lasting impact  on the clients they where committed to serve. After exploring opportunities in green technology and alternative energy the decision was made to enter the Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization field. After closely analyzing the market, a realization was made that there was a great divide in service providers. Many of the high quality well known companies where working to attract large corporate clients and where priced at a level where a small - medium size business would not be able to attain a positive ROI for their marketing investment dollar.  On the other end of the spectrum where companies who seem to take advantage of businesses by incorporating tech talk and buzz words into their sales presentations in order to provide services that where unnecessary or made little difference on their clients bottom line. 

There has been a fundamental shift in the way we communicate as a species. Well over half of the world's population has a profile one on the social networks and a great majority of them want to have access to the companies who provide them with the goods and services they use every day. Many established businesses still have not figured out a way to successfully incorporate Social Media or website promotion into their daily business activities. My Business Marketing believes this to be a problem because for most businesses this is the fastest and lowest cost  way to increase sales and revenue.

The primary challenges involved are knowhow and time investments. While knowledge can be acquired within a thousands or so hours of concentrated studying; time, our most valuable asset, is limited and most business owners and leaders seem to have less and less of it every day.
