One of a kind

Growing my business

I started repairing automatic t-shirt presses because that was where my carreer was going, but things change the way the do sometimes. I ended up starting a repair business on the weekends and evenings after my full time job was done so there would be no conflict. I am now in my 18th year of fixing the equipment, and I rely on QB's to do estimates, invoicing, and so much more. Having a website is a great tool so you don't spend time on the phone with people all day, and it helps advertize your business.

Advice for others

Don't be afraid to step out, sometimes you need to step out on the frozen pond before you can skate! You don't have to spend $100K to start a business. You may want to start by setting up a website, you can do it yourself or hire someone else. Get advise from other Successful people and bounce ideas off these people. You may become a millionare but you can have a good bussiness and earn extra income.
