Growing my business

So my first year I had mainly close friends and family as customers - great right! Well... in my second year it was like wow!! I mean... world of mouth just spread like a wildfire! I doubled (nearly tripled) my clientbase in my second year! Now... going into my third year I'm concentrating more on personalized service for my existing customers while at the same time growing my clientbase.

It's a wonderful feeling to have people express their gratitude and sincere thanks for helping them when their previous tax preparer just rushed through things and forget a thing or two!

Advice for others

Treat your customers right and they will love you forever... AND recommend you!!! Be prepared for the "wildfire"!! :)
