Just finished using the QuickBooks Clean Up Company Data file for a client, that needed to give QB records pursuant to a Bankruptcy Order for a  specific period of time ( i.e.  2 years). Unfortunately,  the QuickBooks file had 8 years of data. He did want to produce or give all of the years, since they were not asked for.

QuickBooks help screens  are  a wonderful resource.... embedded in the help screen  is relevant information that will give you very simple and  pertinent  advice...READ THE HELP SCREENS AND THE TUTORIALS that comes with QuickBooks or check out the Intuit or any  person's YouTube videos for help
