I used to visit clients once or twice a week but that wasn't giving them the constant attention they desired. They wanted the perfect world where I watched over every task but they didn't have to pay for a fulltime or parttime employee. My answer was to create Complete Controller.

Developing a Business Plan, I had a property management company approach me to about including bookkeeping as part of their management service package. They wanted me to care for all of their sites as a service provided by their company.

We created individual access for each of the sites so managers, owners and investors could view the books, reports and source docs anytime they wanted. We also created an access for our property management client that allowed them to view the same for all the sites involved. It became quite a masterpiece!
