One of my vendors, Cardthartic Cards of Champagne, Illinois, made a mistake with my Valentine's order and the owner of the company climbed into a clean dumpster to retrieve some discontinued cards I'd ordered, shipped them to me overnight, and then enclosed a note saying that there was no charge for the inventory! That's customer care!
