 Classic Lawncare & Building Maintenance offers vacant apartment /housing cleaning, painting, general maintenance and lawn care to all apartment complexes and real estate companies in the Wayne and Washtenaw areas of Michigan.

We are a one-stop service, because we specialize in make readies.  Make readies are the vacant apartments after a former tenant has moved out.  After the former tenant has moved out, our team will come in to remove all trash and debris, do all the general maintenance, painting and cleaning.

We also specialize in lawn care.  During the winter months, we do complete lawn care.  We will walk the grounds of your facility, making sure that all trash and debris is picked up before cutting the grass.  We trim all bushes and hedges.  We do complete landscaping work, which includes installing mulch.   In the winter months, we also do snow removal and salting of side walks, porches and driveways.

Advice for others

 My advice to anyone who wants to start a business of their own.  Go for it!  If you believe in it enough, and your willing to do all the hard work (including research)...you will succeed!
