The guy that wanted to claim his new born twins (Cabbage Patch Dolls) as dependents on his tax return. HE WAS SERIOUS. I told him "Sorry!" they are new borns and they must live with you ALL year before you can take them as a dependents. He said OK. Boy was I glad he accepted that.
