Growing my business

I have been painting most of my life.  It was 25 years ago that I did my first art show and made my first sale.  For several years I did art shows and craft fairs all over New England.  I didn't like leaving my family on weekends, although they did always come and visit me, I have always been lucky to have such great family support.  My family built me a small gift shop and I have been sharing my talents close to home.  Knowing that customers would not come to visit a gift shop that only had hand painted slates I started asking friends to consign their talents and along the way HomeSpun has grown to carry something for everyone.  We have moved to a different location we are now in Naples, Maine, 207 251-1618.  Word of mouth is the best advertisement, loving what you do certainly helps.  I love sharing my shop with others, hope you can visit www.homespuncreationsgiftshop.com it is almost like being there.  Thanks,  Dian
