Healthy Mane Extensions

I was a student nurse in high school and college working in a beauty salon to help fund my education. After being introduced to hair extensions, I immediately quit college and went to beauty school. Since hair extensions was the only thing I wanted to do, many salons would not hire me. Especially I was living in the middle of Manhattan, NEW YORK CITY!

So I rented a salon chair, did my own advertising, and my business just grew. It was my intense passion and dedication that grew it.

One thing you have to remember is that if you love something so much even if other big city salons think it's stupid, you will grow no matter what. Now I offer not just hair extensions, but medical hair loss too and now hair spa to help prevent hair loss. Sounds like a perfect career marriage, right?

I had a woman with hair down to her butt and asked me if she could make a wig out of her own hair since she will soon be hospitalize and then given chemotherapy. I made her wish come true and she told everybody, "That's my hair! I bought it, so it's mine!"

A stylist who is also my client loves my business concept, that we are preparing to open more locations. One in Portland, OR and another in Andover, NJ.

my 4 year old cellphone, which I sticked on some bling...It's falling apart. So many customers compliment me even though I know I'm in desperate need of a new one. That is also the same phone that took most of the amatuer pics on my website!

Once my technicians learn my personal techniques, I would like to spend more time with my kids and see the world. I know I won't live forever so I'm training my technicians my way.

I wanted 1 word that had "Mane" in it and it must be a dot com. I didn't want it to sound like a hair salon because I was afraid that I might have to take on several jobs, doing other things besides hair, just to make ends meet as a single mom so I needed a universal name that could mean for anything. And I had to choose a name really fast since I was working with a web designer. I also had to hurry and submit my fictitious name form for the state of PA.

And when Mane.com was taken, Register.com gave me choices of "emane", "allaboutmane", "cybermane" etc, so among them all "cybermane.com" was a 1 word and sounded universal.
