You asked us to help you increase efficiency by using electronic signatures on checks…and now you can! When you print checks, you can now click Signature to tell QuickBooks where to locate your electronic signature. You only have to do this once! Then, tell QuickBooks to print the signature image, and print your checks like you usually do. It’s that easy!

| Customize the Company Snapshot | I like the Company Snapshot, but I want to be able to customize it more. I want to make it relevant to my business. |
Last year we introduced the Company Snapshot to provide an immediate view of your bottom line all in one page. Now you can tailor it for your business! When you first open the snapshot, you’ll see multiple graphs, and lists that give you an overall picture of your business. We call these widgets. Want to see the bills you owe? Need to delete or add graphs to customize the snapshot for YOUR business? No problem…you can customize the snapshot! To add widgets, just click Add Content. Choose from 12 widgets. You can even preview the graph or list before you add it. When you’re ready... just click add... it’s that easy.

| Receive Payments through the Company Snapshot | When I'm looking at customer balances in the Company Snapshot, I want to be able to receive payments right there. | In 2010, the Company Snapshot not only shows you who owes you money, but allows you to receive payments directly from the window.

In addition to making list data entry easier, we've also made importing data more efficient. You can copy information from a spreadsheet and paste it right into the Rapid Data Entry window. You can also update an existing list using this feature. For example, you could edit multiple items in one window, just like you would in a Spreadsheet. We’ve improved the Report Center to give you better insight, and help you make decisions. It’s also easier to access the favorite reports you rely on. When you open the report center, you’ll notice that reports in each category are displayed in a carousel. Move this slider to page through and find the report you need. Plus, you can change the report dates BEFORE you display the report as well as mark it as a favorite. Display your reports in List view or Grid view.

| Easy Forms Customization | Make my customized forms look great, but make it easy to do. Use more images to help me make the right choices. |
When you customize an invoice or other form in QuickBooks 2010 you can add a professional look to your forms. Simply follow four quick and easy steps to create a professional form. First, choose a background and a color. You can add also a logo. And if you don’t have a logo, or would like to update your logo and branding, click the "Need a Logo?" link to connect to a community of professional designers who will work for the price you set. Next select your colors and fonts. After that, select a grid style. Review your design and then choose which forms to apply your design to. It’s that easy! QuickBooks creates a copy of the form, and does not replace your original.

| Document Scanning for Paperless Management | My office wants to go paperless. Plus we want to store things like pictures and contracts with our customers and employees. Can QuickBooks help us do that and still maintain all of our important documents? |
Now with the QuickBooks Scan Manager, you can organize all your business documents in one place. This makes your important documents easy-to-find, backed up online, and simple to share with accountants, employees, and others. You can even scan documents right into QuickBooks, so you’ll never lose an important document again. You can attach documents anywhere you see a paper clip icon. On customers, vendors and employees, you might attach pictures of projects, contracts, or employee related documents. You can also attach documents to transactions. For example you could attach an electronic copy of a bill to the bill you enter in QuickBooks. Attaching a document is easy. Simply click the paperclip icon. When you see a green paperclip on a transaction, you know that there’s an associated document that’s easy to find.
