| Duplicate Transactions and Items | I want to be able to copy an existing invoice or purchase order. For example, my customer calls me to place an order and asks for everything that was on the last invoice that I sent. I takes me a lot of time print out manually enter the same order. | You no longer have to manually re-enter the transaction. Now you can save time by opening an existing invoice, purchase order, etc. and clicking your right mouse button to create a duplicate transaction which you can edit before saving. | Never Accidentally Exit QuickBooks | I sometimes accidentally click the 'X' and QuickBooks closes before I realize that I did not want to exit QuickBooks. | When you click the 'X' in the QuickBooks program window you will now be asked to confirm that want to exit so you never accidentally close QuickBooks while you are still working. The prompt only comes up when clicking the X, not choosing 'Close' from the file menu. If you don't need the confirmation you can easily turn the prompt off.
