<detail><p>It was a bright sun shiny day! It was my first Senior Year 06, which made Graduation seem right around the corner, and for a college student...Life couldn&#39;t get any better! I walked into the Campus Print Shop and ordered some copies of a poster I designed. A man asks me about them, and it turns out, he was the owner of his own Apparel Company. I told him my name, and he stated his name was Steve. We talked, we met, and next thing you know, this Senior from NGCSU is working in the big leagues as an independent contractor maintaining the website, doing clothing photography, and most importantly, Designing the clothing line. I couldn&#39;t wait to tell everyone. Friends. Family. Plus, I was getting $100/day to design a multimillion dollar clothing line. Yeah??! But work was great. The people were so friendly. We ate lunch together, but I noticed Steve hardly ever ate lunch with us. I noticed his co-workers didn&#39;t like him too much. I noticed he kept yelling at me for little things. I began to notice that Steve had Problems! Next thing you know, he&#39;s yelling at me at the top of his lungs, screaming about how he didn&#39;t feel one of my designs communicated his approach effectively enough. Time goes on, and at lunch, since Steve wasn&#39;t there, we prayed for him...as a Company! That was pretty cool. But things only got worse. One of the most memorable conversations that I had with him...ended with him saying to me, &quot;Does this look like a freaking T-Shirt to You, You Idiot!?!&quot;...And after many grueling hours of working below myself &amp; taking the abuse &amp; name calling, I finally came to the Realization, &quot; Why do this for Steve, when I can do this for myself?&quot; Everything I was doing, the marketing, designing, website development, the photography of all the Apparel...all of it. I can do for myself. So I tried. I tipped my toe in the water. And the water didn&#39;t seem that cold. So one and a half months after I graduated college, I officially started ID Graphics, Inc. A Multifaceted Design &amp; Marketing Firm specializing in Graphic Design, Website Design &amp; Development, &amp; Photography. I launched the company at full force, and due to word of mouth, it started to BOOM! I hired my first worker not too long after, and had to expand due to so many projects. And now, with a client list ranging from family portraits to Corporation Websites &amp; Awards Shows, ID Graphics, Inc. started becoming successful, all because of Steve- The Stepping Stone! I used my Struggle!</p></detail>
